At WealthLoop, privacy is built directly into our database schema. We employ Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that isolate your data at the database level. No other user or administrator can view your balances, transactions, or account names.
We collect minimal data required to provide net worth tracking services: your email address for account authentication, encrypted ledger records, account titles, and transaction logs created by you or extracted via receipt scanning.
WealthLoop does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or financial data to third-party advertisers, credit bureaus, or financial institutions.
When you upload images or screenshots to log transactions or link accounts, image payloads are processed transiently via encrypted AI calls. Extracted structured parameters are saved into your private database, and transient raw image tokens are discarded.
You maintain full rights to export your entire transaction history to CSV format at any time or delete your account and associated records permanently.
